Playful pathways: an embodied exploration through movement and art making
Hi! It’s Rory and Miette. We would love for you to join us for our upcoming workshop! Of movement, art, and playful explorations. Here’s what you can expect:
Ease into the new year with a gentle, embodied exploration inspired by yoga and qigong. We’ll gradually open into more playful pathways, inviting trust, curiosity, and light-hearted connection, including simple, accessible partner practices.
Together, we’ll shift into collaborative mark-making, experimenting with materials and techniques that encourage presence, process, and visual discovery rather than focusing on a final product. (No drawing experience necessary!)
We’ll close with nourishing rest, allowing the body and mind to settle deeply. You’ll leave with a renewed sense of ease and confidence, flowing into the new year.
£40 per person.

Join my online workshop, Introduction to Five Element Qigong. Whether it’s grounding into Earth’s stability, flowing with Water’s wisdom, or sparking Fire’s joy, working with the five elements helps us live more harmoniously.
We’ll dive into the theory first, take our time learning each of the forms and finish with a full-round qigong practice.
