  • Me and my flatmate go to the monday qigong class and it's become our little ritual; a calm way to start the week with a stretch and a clear mind. Rory creates such a supportive, gentle, non-judgemental space which, for me (someone who is not very "good" at yoga), is something i really value. He always has suggestions for adjustments, uses lovely imagery and is super knowledgeable about the practice - couldn't recommend more!
