Qigong into Yin

Feeling tired? Exhausted? Overwhelmed? Well, I have an alternative Friday night planned for you. Join me online for my Qigong into Yin evening of rest.

We will start with moving the body through Qigong, mobilizing, clearing, and circulating Qi, before coming down to the floor for Yin Yoga. If you have never tried Yin, we stay close to the ground for long held stretches designed to stretch and lengthen all our connective tissue.

This evening of rest is designed to help you set aside the week you’ve had and help you come into deep rest.
